MAINTENANCE, DON'T NEGLECT IT
Take care of your equipment, and it will take care of your production.

The loading door rests on the oven mouth; it is removed by lifting. It consists of tempered glass mounted on a steel frame using fastening screws.
Before carrying out any cleaning or disassembly operation, always wait until the door has reached room temperature: it is prohibited to work on it whilst hot or warm.

🔧 Tools required
4 mm Allen wrench; 10 mm spanner.

Disassembly
By unscrewing the screws and nuts, the 4 components are separated: tempered glass, front counterweight, rear frame and hook.

Cleaning
Clean the glass using warm water or a standard glass cleaner, avoiding abrasive products or aggressive solvents that could damage its surface.

Reassembly
During reassembly, the screws must not be fully tightened, but left slightly loose, since the glass has a higher thermal expansion coefficient than the metal and requires adequate room to expand.

⚠️ Excessive tightening prevents proper expansion of the glass during heating and may cause it to break, posing a safety risk to the operator and damage to the equipment.

Frequency
No fixed cleaning frequency can be defined: cleaning should be carried out based on how dirty the glass is.

⚠️Always refer to the machine manual.
