Modular electric deck oven, with overlying and independent chambers.
Designed to meet the diverse needs of bakeries and pastry shops, this modular electric deck oven features independent, stackable chambers—each with a usable height of 180, 230, or 280 mm—allowing for simultaneous baking of various products such as bread, pastries, and pizzas.
Due to its structure, the oven can be easily re-positioned and the baking capacity increases.
Its features include constant temperature level, ready response in baking regulation, and uniform distribution of the heat.
Flexible Configuration
Available in configurations for 2, 4 or 3, 6 trays (tray sizes: 40×60 cm or 46×66 cm).
Stackable up to 5 independent decks, easily repositionable to adapt as baking demands grow.
Compatible with optional proofer (.PR) or stand (.ST) for enhanced versatility.
- Temperature Control. Separate regulation for each chamber ensures accurate baking conditions, with balanced power control between the top and bottom.
- Efficiency: The electronic economizer is a standout feature, capable of reducing used power by about 50%, optimizing energy use.
- Robust Build: Refractory baking floors suited for food use, alongside stainless steel and tempered crystal components, indicate durability and quality.
- Steam Generators: Independent, powerful generators for consistent steaming functionality.
- Customizable Power: Three-phase power options at various voltages and frequencies, plus special voltage customization, make it adaptable for different settings.
