Baking with steam pipe ovens represents tradition and is still considered the best solution: gentler baking, with constant temperature and excellent thermal stability.
The oven is heated by a burner (gas, diesel, or pellet), which provides a single temperature across all baking chambers. Unlike electric ovens, the chambers cannot be regulated individually — the temperature is the same throughout.
TUBIX is a static steam pipe deck oven made of brick and concrete, with a fixed base that ensures stable, homogeneous, and gentle baking. It is ideal for bakeries producing large quantities of bread, including large-sized loaves.

ZOOM shares the same steam pipe technology as TUBIX, but without a concrete base, making it lighter, more versatile, and easy to reposition.
Designed for intermittent use, it is perfect for bakers and pastry chefs who require operational flexibility and rapid temperature control.
